Collaborating Agencies

CHCA is proud to serve as the Project Administrator for the proposed Rural and North Florida Regional Extension Center (RNF-REC).

Project partners include:

• State Certified Rural Health Networks (Big Bend, Panhandle, and St. Johns River)

• Northeast Florida Health Informatics Consortium (Led by the Duval County Health Department and including the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Duval County Medical Society, Northeast Florida Regional Health Organization, JaxCare, and the University of North Florida)

• Operational Regional Health Information Organizations (RHIOs):  Northwest Florida RHIO (and its Community Health Information Network), Big Bend Health, and SunCoast Health

• Florida Area Health Education Centers (AHEC Regions 1, 2, 3, and 4 - Northeast Florida, Big Bend, Suwannee River, and West Florida) plus Everglades

• Florida A & M University (FAMU)

• Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida
