CHCA's Practice Management System

In selecting its current Practice Management offering, CHCA, in collaboration with its members, chose the "best in breed" system that was customizable to the CHC environment. Today, CHCA has more than nine years' experience supporting its members and their Practice Management needs, including complex UDS reporting, Medicaid billing, and other areas unique to Section 330 grantees.
Support and Training Options
A dedicated team of professionals is on hand to provide live support during member hours of operation and additional technical support is availble 24x7. In addition, email, extranet, WebEx conferences, and other options are regularly utilized to allow flexible support and training to meet member needs.
Custom Reports
In addition to standard practice management reports, CHCA's team customizes reports to meet the unique needs of community health centers to help drive front desk efficiency, patient satisfaction, and provider productivity. Each month, CHCA's practice management team releases a set of requested reports that have been quality assurance tested and are ready for deployment. Detailed instructions and information about each report are housed online in the member-only Knowledge Base, accessible via the CHCA Extranet.
Automated Features to Save Time and Reduce Double-Entry Data Burdens
CHCA is able to electronically update the Florida SHOTS immunization database on behalf of our members. It allows members to actively participate in the collection of this critical data without the hardship of manual re-entry into another system.
Annual Users' Conference
Each Spring, CHCA hosts a users conference for member billing, finance, collections, and front of house staff to ensure ongoing training needs are being met, new functionality rolled out and optimized for all users, and reporting functions are kept up to date at all member sites.
