Serving Marion and Sumter Counties. 

Founded in 1976 as Project Health, Inc., the center has since grown to more than 20,000 square feet of combined medical, dental, behavioral health, radiology, pharmacy and administrative services and provides many occupational medical services to area businesses and manufacturing facilities. The mission states:

"To provide quality comprehensive health care to anyone needing our services. Services will be provided with courtesy, dignity, and compassion by professional, well-trained staff."

Serivces Provided:  General Primary Medical Care, Diagnostic Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Tests/Screenings,  Family Planning, Urgent Care, HIV Testing and Immunizations, Gynecological, Preventive Services related to Cancer, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease, Health Education, Family Medicine, Dental, Mental Health Services, Hearing Screening, Pharmacy, Geriatrics, Vision Screening, Sumter County Healthy Start Program, Dermatology, and Podiatry.
