CHCA's EHR Trainers work with each team of medical care providers and support staff before, during, and after a "go live" on the system. To date, 98% of training evaluation respondents stated that learning objectives were met in their sessions, and 100% agreed that the trainers provided clear, connected, and informative presentations.
In 2009, network members served 281,235 individuals with 1.5 Million encounters, including care to more than 82,000 Medicaid lives, 125,000 uninsured individuals, and nearly 34,0000 Migrant / Seasonal Farm Workers.
