Christine St. Andre, Strategy Director - Regional Extension Center

Christine St. Andre began her career in the area of information technology as a programmer/analyst and migrated into health care administration after receiving her Masters Degree.  She has enjoyed an extensive and successful career in health care administration, serving as one of the first female CEO’s in an academic medical center and the CEO of two such organizations during her career. She has led these organizations through EHR selection and implementation in both the inpatient and group practice settings.  She holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics and economics from Bryn Mawr College and a Masters in Health Care Administration from the George Washington University.

In addition to her work with CHCA and AHIT, she is one of the founders and principals of CSI Solutions, LLC and currently serves as its COO. CSI Solutions is an innovation company providing consultation, project coordination and technical assistance to federal agencies, state governments, payers and private organizations related to state-of-the-art quality improvement initiatives. With her CSI partners, Christine is integral to the operations of the West Virginia Regional Extension Center, a Cycle 1 cooperative agremeent awardee.
